Please SCHEDULE YOUR FREE INTRO CLASS!  

(If you've never been on a Reformer - you must attend a Free Intro Class prior to scheduling a class.)

Please refrain from chewing gum while in class.  And, we have found that the plastic claw clips are ruining the head rests on the reformers.  Please wear a cloth band to pull your hair back (if needed) and refrain from wearing plastic claw clips.
