Jill brings her love of movement to her studio classes. Pilates has been part of her life since she was 10 years old! What was a required class as a ballet dancer ended up becoming a passion. Jill is a fully trained Stott Pilates teacher since 2009. She takes pride in being an educator of Pilates, Yoga, Barre and Dance. You can expect to have fun while feeling challenged physically and mentally in every class.
Jenna is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. Jenna has dealt with a lot of stress the past couple years and wanted to find something to help relieve her stress. She found Pilates and hasn't looked back since! Jenna says Pilates made her feel good physically and mentally. Jenna wants to share with others just how Pilates can be their source of therapy for their body and mindset!
Cayce graduated from University of South Carolina with a Finance degree. She has lived in Myrtle Beach most of her life. She loves teaching pilates because of the relationships that are built and the ability to watch clients grow into the most confident versions of themselves!
